1. What the programme is
Atlas is software for travel consultants, still in development. The pioneer programme gives early access to a small group of consultants so they can use it in real work and help shape it. It is run by Ricardo Silva (tax ID 280399600), contact app.atlas@pm.me.
2. No commitment to buy
Signing up is not a commitment to buy. During the pilot (30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing) access is free of charge. At the end you choose a plan or stop, and nothing is charged without your express agreement. Special pioneer terms are agreed in writing before any charge.
3. What we ask
That you use Atlas on real proposals, have a short conversation every two weeks and give us honest feedback. When you share supplier PDFs, please make sure they contain no personal data.
4. A product that evolves
During the pilot Atlas may have bugs, change from one day to the next and be unavailable at times. Automatic PDF reading is an aid: reviewing the data before publishing is always up to you, and nothing is published without your confirmation. Keep your originals; we make backups but do not promise them as a guarantee.
5. Your clients' data
In the application, your agency is the controller of its clients' data and Atlas processes it on its behalf. Before you start using the application we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28) that lists the providers involved. The data stays in the European Union. You can export or anonymise a person's data at any time, in the application itself.
6. Confidentiality and feedback
We ask you not to publicly disclose features that have not been released yet. Suggestions and feedback you give us may be used to improve Atlas, with no obligation for either side. Your data and your clients' data remain yours.
7. Leaving the programme
Either side can end participation at any time, by e-mail. If you leave, we export or delete your data at your request.
8. Liability
During the pilot, Atlas is provided as is, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
