1. Who is responsible

This policy covers the pioneer programme website and its sign-up form. Use of the Atlas application is governed separately, by terms of use and a data processing agreement.
2. What data we collect
Only what you fill in on the form:
- name, agency or brand, e-mail, mobile phone (optional) and country;
- how many proposals you prepare per month, in which languages, what you sell most and what you would like to solve;
- your interest in the programme, whether you are available for a call, and a free note (optional);
- the language of the page where you signed up.
We do not ask for payment details or for your clients' data. If you share supplier PDFs, please make sure they contain no personal data.
3. Why, and on what basis
We use this data only to answer your sign-up, contact you about the Atlas pioneer programme and, if you go ahead, to organise your early access and follow-up conversations.
The basis is your consent (the box you tick on the form), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting what was done before. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for advertising, we do not profile you and we make no automated decisions about you.
4. Who receives the data
Your application is stored in the Atlas dashboard, on a server in the European Union, with access restricted to those who run the programme. For that, and to reply to you, we use providers that process data on our behalf:
- OVHcloud (dashboard server, in the EU) and Cloudflare (network serving the website and the application);
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the sign-up by e-mail as a fallback when the dashboard does not respond, and sends a short notice;
- the e-mail service where we receive notices (Proton).
If any of these providers processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is done with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses). You can ask us for more information.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up for 12 months from the last contact if you do not join the programme. If you become a pioneer, we keep it for the duration of the programme and as long as needed afterwards to support you. You can ask for deletion earlier, at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive your data in a readable format (portability) and withdraw consent. Just write to app.atlas@pm.me. We reply within one month.
If you believe your data is not handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD): www.cnpd.pt.
7. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies, nor analytics or advertising tools. It only stores in your browser the language you chose, to remember it on your next visit. If this changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
8. Security
Connections to the website and the application are encrypted (HTTPS). Dashboard data sits on a server in the EU, with restricted access and encrypted backups.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
